I enjoy a good run as well. Always been a runner since I was a kid. In my prime in High School my best 5k time was 16:30 and could do a 4:30 mile. Not so much anymore these days but I still enjoy it.
You won't see me running in this kind of weather though, don't feel like breaking my back like that girl nearly did.
