She said it was low impact running..
She may want to rethink that statement. lol

Idiots.
That's what treadmills are for. If it's raining or under 60 I don't run outside. Period. |
Lol. I'd say running in weather between 35 and 50 feels the best. No heavy sweating or anything and the body stays cool but not cold. Treadmills suck. Running in place for 25-45 minutes? No thanks.

I like sweating when I run, feels like I'm doing something. Not much better than an 8-10 mile run in 80 degree weather. |

I love running. As long as I can balance it with p90x well enough I'll stay fit and slim but in great shape.
|
I haven't run since 1995 when I got out of the army, but when I was in the army, in Fairbanks Alaska, we ran outside every day that it was warmer than -20..
|
I quit jogging because the ice cubes kept sloshing out of my glass.

You guys are missing out. 8-10 miles of music, peace and quiet, no phone calls, no wife, just you and the road.

I enjoy a good run as well. Always been a runner since I was a kid. In my prime in High School my best 5k time was 16:30 and could do a 4:30 mile. Not so much anymore these days but I still enjoy it.
You won't see me running in this kind of weather though, don't feel like breaking my back like that girl nearly did. |
