So true. I feel like this is gonna be a hot one. Although that 50+ days of 100 degree heat sucked as well a few years back. When it finally rained I remember everyone just basically sitting in it lol.

Built a chair over the weekend for my future MIL. Also found the neighborhood where Stephanie and I will be buying/building a house.

true but I have been living in apts since I moved to dallas 3 years ago and can not take it any more so putting money back to get a house

Nice! I'm sure it will get done. You are a shop owners wet dream and no way will they want to let you down.

As for me, I got the 5.0 sold. I got my quote from Lydia and realized that I forgot headers on the list. So I need to change it up somehow to fit my Stage 1 budget somehow.
