I put one of these on my car a long time ago. It didn't really make the shifter feel any different, but I did notice the shifting got more precise. I would recommend it.

I do like that one as well, the bracket looks much beefier than the stock piece. i couldn't pass up the other one for the cost, but that one was on my radar as well.
