Just an update, the panhard bar is SPF. But GTOPhil is next in line just in case the sale doesn't go through.
The bar is up for sale because I'm switching over to a Cortex Watts Link. While adjustment takes a bit longer, the Steeda panhard bar works great and noise-free. Would buy one again without hesitation.
