Question: Does the game randomly place bounties on players? I had my first bounty placed on me last night but it was triggered just after I stole a car. Something like "that's my car your gonna pay for that".......bounty. No player name etc.

Yes the game does put bounties on you if you do that. Not all the time but it can.

I have one in single player mode, it was 2 mil. It is too much fun to fly around f'ing with people.
