Add boost/nitrous. lol.

The Boss intake was designed for the high revving Roadrunner motor in the Boss that was meant for the road course racing moving the powerband upwards.

Longtubes and more gear are a good way to add torque.

"Horsepower is what you read about, torque is what you feel."

"Torque gets you moving quickly, horsepower keeps you moving more quickly."

Both these old saws are true. You like that feeling you get when you're pushed back in your seat? That's torque. You like the feeling that the car just keeps going faster and faster? That's horsepower.

The Coyote is an OHC engine and as a rule of thumb they don't produce the same type torque level compared to horsepower that a big OHV engine will.
