The Paxton 2200 is a FAR superior unit over the Procharger units, especially the P1SC which is absolute garbage in my opinion. The Paxton is capable of flowing well over enough to make a 1000hp+ to where the P1SC is running out of steam at 550. For some odd reason, Prochargers also have more parasitic loss than any other blower out there, meaning they take more horsepower to turn than any other blower. They also tend to have MAF reading issues on these cars.
Customer service and replacement parts are far more readily available at Paxton as well. Hands down Paxton over a Procharger.

This could not be farther from the truth. Not a single part on jeffs build is from jpc. There is not even a single part the same as what jpc uses. jeffs car would make much more power, but it is setup with the intention of using nitrous. We could have made a few changes to make over 500 rwhp n/a but it would not have been safe to spray the nitrous. Also on another note, we dynoed a car recently that had wheels similar to jeffs wheels. The car made 408 rwhp, we put a set of stock wheels and tires we had at the shop on the rear, and the car made 428 rwhp with NOTHING else changed!!! Just goes to show how much "power" you lose with heavy wheels and tires, hince the variation in ''dyno'' numbers you will see.
Jeffs car is a beast for what it is, anyone that disagrees, has no idea what they are talking about. 479 hp to the tires with approx 20% power loss to the tires put him around 574 hp to the flywheel. That is 1.824 hp per ci. That is a huge amount of power I don't care what anyone says!!!

This is the number that actually scares me on my car. Add that 20% back in and I'm at 745-750 at the crank. I like to call that the danger zone with stock rods! LOL!

You will be ok as long as you don't detonate. Should be on E-85 IMO or start spraying meth.

As long as the tune is good, and you keep the rpms reasonable, you will be fine.

Wow I didn't realize wheel weight could make that big a difference! I'm shopping around for some 20s right now but can't find anything on weight. Is there a thread about popular wheels and their weight?

Well, you talk shit to him all the time. And then tell everyone he has something that he doesn't. You really wonder why he would be 'testy' about that?

You're talking about something you have no clue about. You're speaking out of turn on something you're taking at face value from board nonsense. Mind your own business, Danny.
