I think a 26" tire height is my best bet for the power level I will have my car at for a long while before boost. I should never trap more than 118-119 if I'm around 420-430 rwhp (after E85 conversion and maybe a TB). Right?

soundsa bout right... also, the Quick Times are bias ply, they grow about an inch when they are wound up, so you can prob go closer to 122...
Absolute WORST case after you have the tires, bump the revlimiter 100-200 rpm if you are tagging it. Those motors will spin to the moon and not g.a.f.
