Needless to say I am ecstatic about this! Having a girlfriend that is Type 1 herself, and a 9 YO cousin just diagnosed yesterday with it, I would give myself to have this turn into a cure.

Pretty much everyone on my dads side of the family has this, my dad's not taking shots at 71.

Would be awesome if they found a cure. Thanks for posting.
