Needless to say I am ecstatic about this! Having a girlfriend that is Type 1 herself, and a 9 YO cousin just diagnosed yesterday with it, I would give myself to have this turn into a cure.

That is amazing! I hope they can do something with that knowledge and cure the millions out there that have it.

Pretty much everyone on my dads side of the family has this, my dad's not taking shots at 71.

Would be awesome if they found a cure. Thanks for posting.
