Yea when is it, June? If my dad retired, maybe we can finally go on one, probably take the c6 unless he wants to tune the Mustang finally and the AC is repaired, or the Road Runner gets painted...

I looked this up for the confused ones like myself:

Saturday June 1: Arlington, TX

(but you knew that already, right?)

Sunday June 2: Texarkana, AR

(Texarkana is a city in two states, half Texas, half Arkansas.)

Monday June 3: Little Rock, AR

(Ever heard of the “Climber Motorcar”? It’s the only car ever manufactured in Arkansas. Maybe we’ll see one!)

Tuesday June 4: Memphis, TN

(Elvis and BBQ, what more do you need?)

Wednesday June 5: Birmingham (Hoover), AL

(The Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum is worth a visit!)

Thursday June 6: Chattanooga, TN

(The home of Coker Tire, you can expect a warm welcome here.)

Friday June 7: Charlotte, NC

(If you don’t know why Charlotte, NC is a cool place for car fans, you might be reading the wrong website.)

Man, what do they convoy at about 15 mph? or do they drive 2 hours and party in the parking lot the rest of the time? Arlington to Texarkana is like a 3 hour drive... Texarkanna to Little Rock is maybe 2-3 hours...

Eventually I would like to do the Long Haul, but it won't be anytime soon.

Yea your family situation wont allow it... My dad and I have been talking about it for over 10 years... which car, when, where, etc. If he isn't working which it seems likely he won't be (just let go), then no time like the present. Problem is we dont really have a cool car that is "done" to take... the Road Runner painted would be sweet, but it has a stall issue, and the Stang doesnt have AC or run for damn.

Maybe we just take the C6, it will be the most comfortable (but common and boring).

LOL, that doesn't keep me from doing anything. There is this thing called grandparents and aunts/uncles to babysit. They can't get enough of that stuff.
