Default Cylinder #3 Misfire P0303 code

Well I got the car back from True Street this last Saturday and it was throwing a P0303 code. Cylinder #3 misfire. So Toby changed out the plugs real quick and cleared the code. About twenty miles later the code came back. Im going to swap the CAP on #3 with another cylinder and hope the code follows. If that doesnt work I'll swap the injectors the same way. My last option is a crank sensor relearn at the dealership. Sounds like this may be the problem to begin with but I just want to check the CAPs and injectors first.

Apparently misfires are read by the crank position sensor and if you break into the engine then you have to perform this relearn process. Im hoping I dont have to go to the dealer but if it fixes it I guess I'll be happy. I just need to get it figured out before next week so we can finish tuning the car.
