That's insane. 2005hp is nuts for "street" car.

21.852 sec @ 263 MPH.

That GTR is hella fast too.

I'm not sure if I like the fact that Lambo barely moves until like 6k RPM, but then it's like a freaking rocket ship until it has to shift. Seems like there is a lot of get up and go they are missing.

I've just never thought of "Italian trash" (as Tom Cruise said) as being starting line grunters.

I still think it should hook harder than it does out of the gate.

Not really that impressed. For a quarter of what he spent I could go that fast in the quarter mile.

LOL! Not everyone here understands the "Foxbody and $500" reference.

That car is ridiculous. These cars typically don't have a lot of torque....just a lot of HP. Plus, this thing was def geared for the mile, not the quarter mile. I guess when you have that kind of money, you have to step up your game and break mile long records...lol

I'm sure he can only give it so much out of the gate. Doesn't seem like he can really get fully into the throttle until 3rd gear.

Yeah these cars don't have full power till either 3rd or 4th gear

I know a guy locally with one making 1500ish hp set up for the texas mile and stuff like that, full power comes in around 3rd or 4th before that it's just a fraction of it. Runs like 11s in the 1/4(at like 150ish) and trap over 200 in the 1/2 mile

Plus the fact that a set of gears is around $20,000 and a transmission I'm sure is double or triple that

Jeez. Looks killer from inside. Loved the traction spray goo as he rolled to the line.
