Default Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Went to fill up, opened my door and it "touched" the brick pillar, seriously it touched it so lightly there isn't even a mark on the paint, then "boom!" and I can't believe what I'm seeing, busted my friggin window...Do any of you know someone in the Coppell area that could replace this and not have it cost too much?

Jason over Goodyear on macArthur an belt line just before the little bridge headed into Irving may be able to help, or point you in the right direction. Cool guy and another 5.0 owner.

Or go to ford and make them warranty it.

If it smashed when the door lightly hit I would be taking it back to Ford.

Yea I took it to Ford, showed them where the door that struck BRICK didn't have a blemish. He said that the claim submission website was down until 1:30PM today and that they didn't have the windows in stock. So I guess it's a waiting game until I hear back from them.

Let me know if that falls through. I have a good buddy that owns his own glass replacement business. He is mobile too and will come to you.

Ford said it's not covered, found a place called "discount glass" in Dallas that's going to replace it for 129.99. Not bad IMO. Now I have to get it tinted too.
