The same way you would a photo, off to the side of the video (after you've uploaded it) there should be a set of links that you can copy and paste to post here.

What link do you use? For the images I use the img. What about for videos?

You can use the "direct link", after you click on it and it will automatically put it on your clipboard. Then paste it in your message and when someone clicks on the link in your message they'll be able to watch your video. For example:

I thought about a SLP exhaust. It was just to loud. I wanted something mellow and deep so I went with GT500's.
