FS > SCT Xcal SF3 - Locked

I purchased this Xcal from Ryan Carreno after he sold his car. He didn't return it back to stock, so the tuner is locked. It will cost $150+shipping both ways to SCT to unlock it and update to latest firmware and preloaded tunes.

I purchased for $75, I am asking for $75 SHIPPED, as I haven't done anything with it.
