Default Help: steering shake after idler pulley change ('00 silverado)

Ok so idler went out on my beater and broke a belt. Drove less than 5 mins to park. Changed the idler pulley and went to drive home. At 60+ on the way home making a curve the steering wheels goes to shaking violently. Slow way down and it stops until next curve.

Anybody ever have this issue? Any suggestions? Only thing I can think of would be air in the lines in the power steering. I'm pretty sure it's not the wheels or alignment because it drove fine before the idler pulley issue. TIA for any help/suggestions.
