Are either cars going to need to shift to fifth? That could cause a problem for the blower car if its going through the last few hundred feet bogging... The nitrous car will have a huge advantage here with all the torque...

I have 3.31's so I shouldn't have to.

Which is great for a track car taking a lot of driver error out of the equation.

looked it up... your 4th is a 1.34/1. My 86 has a TKO with a 1.32/1 which is nearly identical to your fourth. I had 3.55s and a 28" tire which is similar to a 3.25 rear gear vs my stock tire height.

I could only go about 120 at 7200 rpm, and you guys are spinning 7800-8000 correct? I would hope both of your cars would trap in the 135-140 range, so if that's the case you need a tall tire (28-29") or you are going to need to shift. If David has 3.73's he's gonna have to shift regardless of his tires. He'd be better off running a 26" slick if possible.

Just some friendly advice. Im good at math and stuff.
