Never been to a drag strip before let alone on one... would like to give it a shot though. Only problem is I don't own a helmet.

so what requirements are they gonna want as far as helmet goes cause i dont wanna drive all the way down there and not be able to race cause i dont got a helmet or the right helmet

A DOT approved motorcycle style helmet. Can't be a bicycle style foam helmet. Does not have to be full face style. If you run better than 13.49 you need a helmet. If you don't run that quick in a new 5.0 you need a helmet to cover yourself from the embarassment.

I was going faster than that last time out and the helmet I borrowed from Donnie stayed on my backseat the whole night. haha.

Honestly don't they're that strict anymore. I've been to Ennis like 3 or 4 times this year and I'll run a 13 flat (slow I know lol) with no helmet and shorts on. Think it's the low 12sec and faster cars that will need the helmets
