X2 that is probably $500 to $700 in repairs. I think $1000 would be extreme, I just don't see $1500

I can understand that it wouldn't fly unless a sign was posted or warning given, but his driveway is still his property, correct? Why would trespassing not fly?

That sucks, I got dinged on my rear bumper by someone and they didnt leave shit, that was when the car only had 300 miles on it. I was pretty pissed.

Based on past experience, I have little faith in the justice system. I feel they try just as hard making the vicitim a suspect as they do pursuing the actual suspect. That could be considered retaliation as well if they found a motive or found out the guy actually did it.
