Looks like you need that parking space, the truck parked like crap. I would be partway onto the hazard though, just for that extra space.

Yeah, the building facility guys all park f-ed up and at the same time are real dicks to everyone who parks over onto the hazard marks at all.

Sort of a weird location for the hazard marks. Is that white thing a lid to access some sort of tank underneath?

Good eye, yeah. There's a datacenter here and that's the gas tank for the backup diesel generator. They used to let people buy Super at cost, but not anymore
