Our Mach doesn't even get driven anymore. The last two times it's been started I had to jump start the battery. lol.

Ha. Well with a 5.0 that good looking, I'd probably neglect some other things too.

How big is the ride difference with the cobra IRS now that you have it all done?

Nah, it's not that. It's the wife's car and she can't drive it right now due to being 7 months pregnant. The Mach has been a great car. We bought it brand new in 03 and it's never given us a single problem.

To be honest I have no idea yet. I've only driven it around my parking lot trying to troubleshoot this grinding noise. Finally figured out late last night it was the dust shield rubbing the rotor
I should get a better idea later this week. I'm going to take a short cruise once I bend the dust shield back (didn't have any time last night). But the speedo is off due to the 3.55s in the rear end and I haven't gotten an alignment yet so I won't be driving it too far.

Ah well that is certainly understandable. At least you get the fluids moving every once and a while.

Thanks guys. Finally got the dust shield pulled away from the rotor so the grinding is gone. Still need to replace the transmission fluid as its a little low and making some pretty awful whining noises (don't worry, only drove it around the block to make sure the grinding was fixed). Should be getting some detailing supplies in the mail next week so I can clean it up, then its off to the exhaust shop to get some small modifications done and get a four-wheel alignment set up.
