Need help car failed the inspection twice !!!

DirtyD is correct I bought the car 2 months ago the previous owner had all the mods and tune done by Lonestar performance (which I'm not happy with). Could that be fixed with the handheld programmer?

No. More than likely what is happening is the voltage on your 02's is still high enough for the car to be in not ready mode causing the code. That is something your tuner will have to fix for you.

I see ,well I was planing on retuning it anyways, looks like its gonna be sooner than what I was expecting. Thanks guys
