I would rather do the 16th also but the 9th is ok. ill just have to duck out early for some other plans.

I'm thinking we meet at TS between 10-10:30am. Have the drivers meeting at 10:30am and leave after the meeting. I will hand out the directions of the route in case anyone gets seperated and there is some thing I will need to tell everyone.
