I've been organzing events for a long time now and I've come to determine that the average flake out factor is usually around 50% percent. So figure anytime you post something an event, figure about half of the people who will say they will show will actually do it.
You would think it wouldn't be such a chore to get car guys out to actually drive their cars to an event, but it seems hard for some people to do it.
