DirtyD Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2012 Posts: 5,594	Oil change cost? When I ran a regular oil in my truck, I changed as close to 3k as I could. Since ford switched to synth-blend, I still did 3k on my truck as it was up there in miles, but I wasn't as worries if I over shot by 1k or so. Now with my car, I do 5k intervals in synth-blend, but I will be doing 7-8k intervals when I make the switch to full synthetic.
