I've got Tokicos. They are set by adjusting the screw at the top, seven turns from full hard to full soft.

I set mine to full firm, then back them out five turns on the front and four turns on the rear.

Every car will be set a little different, since vehicle weight, spring rate, wheel weight, and personal preference are all unique. Keep playing with them, you'll get em right. I would think one turn out of full firm is a road course setting.
