First time on 1/4 mile
Made one pass at Ennis last night. 13.4 @ 112. That was my first ever run on a track so I'm not really disappointed. I let out way too early on the launch so I would probably been closer to 13 if I would've stayed in it.

just takes some time. Your MPH is right about where it should be if your stock. I have ran 12.6@111 so just practice and you will get there

That's actually a good mph for that ET. Practice the launch, maybe get some DR's. It gets a bit addicting, especially when you get the hang of it and start going faster each time out.

My very first time was 13.2 at 113mph. Everything stock except for a tune, and my tires were so bad like almost bald. 60' was like 2.2

I think tires make the biggest difference. I had to take off right off idle, and couldn't shift fast or else I'd be all over the place. I got 275's potenza rear tires now and I still burn out all first and second but not as bad the stock pirellis

The right tire combo will help a lot. If you try to do a high rpm launch on street tries you are just going to spin like crazy. I seem to have the most success doing a 2500rpm launch and feathering the crud out of the clutch to keep the most traction and the engine rpms turning I was able to squeak out a 12.9 @ 112 so far which was on street tires and my first outing to the 1/4 track.
Practice makes perfect.

My 60 ft was 2.2, but like I said I got a lil loose and didn't wanna take a chance lol. I've got a tune and Cai. I know I should've run faster, practice makes perfect.

Yeah you should be able to cut a 1.9-2.0 60 and that will get you in the 12's. I usually revved it up to 2k and slip the clutch out. These cars still make more than enough power to blow off the crappy tires.

I have really good tires, but for street. I'm not disappointed at all though. Still a good run for my first.
