Which is great for a track car taking a lot of driver error out of the equation.

Well the car looks great, and sounds pretty damned nice! I have just started to work on mine, but since the 5.0's seem to require a tune with ANY mod I want to do, I am saving up to just do a crap-ton all at one

You can do exhaust and some intakes without a tune. But to get the most out of an intake, you need a tune.

Yea, I have my exhaust already done....actually did the second part of it yesterday. If I put on headers, I would need a tune since I would be going with an OR pipe. Isn't the C&L CAI the one you can run without needing it tuned? (Obviously the tune would be beneficial)

Very nice! I can't wait to hear it with the headers! Mine is obnoxious with what I currently have on there...and if I go headers I am thinking I might go with catted ones just for legality...

Hello :)
Yeah C&L has their Venturi tube, but even then, it's only minimal. I'm running a K&N with the canned SCT stock air box tune now, and no tune before that. Haven't had a problem yet.
