Yeah, those look like someone combined the Niche Targas and AG 510s into one wheel.

Thanks to Steve we just picked these guys up. The weights of these wheels are actually the same as Vossen, a little lighter most. Unless you want to get a set of 20's that weigh 20lbs you're looking at 4k+.
