Wheel Debate Black 20 Inch AMRs or Black Bullitt Deep Dishes
Ok brethren here's the debate and great thing about forums is the ability to get more then one mustang owners thoughts on something. I know it's my car and I can get what I want an sometimes its just a matter of preference, but I always consider good input.
Everyone's seen my car and I'm doing some 20 inch wheels. Problem is I'm undecided, I told my friend I saw black AMRs on a blacked out cobra and it was sexy as fuck. Car was at a stop light next to me. He said flat face rims in 20s look bad in person. He suggested some deep dishes he said they make some with a black lip and no chrome I have yet to find any that are priced decently. So I said ok how about some black deep dish bullits, I like the rims but not sure i wanted to add chrome to my car. I want some rims that make the car stand out and not something super common, bullits are extremely common.
So I ask y'all, black AMRs 20s in person good? Bad? If you know of any other rims you would suggest let me know preference under $2,000 with tires and not matte black, metallic black, preferably no chrome and not busy aka 15-30 spoke. I'm more a fan of an open look. I know that's kinda limited but mustang guys are very resourceful and usually know something most don't. And you always get a blunt honest thoughts on a subject.

Which is great for a track car taking a lot of driver error out of the equation.

Bullitt wheels in a black on chrome would look sexy as hell.
Or a set of black/machined FR500s

I have always been a fan of the bullitt wheels. Had some fat ones on my old car and I kind of miss that with the 315 tire out rear. I think it is a classic muscle car look. A 5 spoke rim always looks good on a muscle car.
I also am not one to spend a ass load of money on wheels. Its easy to damage a wheel. I actually have been thinking about getting some for myself. I'd also love to see what some 20' bullitt wheels look like in person. I myself am very on the fence about getting bullitts or CF5s. I personally have not seen many 10+ model mustangs with bullitts. Think I saw it once leaving C&C last month but didn't get a good look.
Go for the bullitts!

I personally wouldn't do Bullitts just because they've been out since like '99 or something.... get something a little more modern.

FR500s sexy as fuck but don't come in anything bigger then 18s. I've looked into it and the cost of 20 inch wheel and tire kits are less then 19 inch kits. It's crazy but feel free to look on American muscle.

I am with Dirty on this one. I'm not a fan of the black on black, it takes a lot to make that sexy. Black with machine face is killer though and not many peeps have it.
