Seeing how we have a few photographers on the board..
Isn't it time we have a group GTG and a photoshoot? Anyone know of some good locations for pics?
I got some decent ones at White Rock with the Mach and my 93 Cobra a few years back.

And needs to wait until it gets cooler.
Cooler weather will also bring "cleaner" skys because the Ozone (O3) pollution won't be as bad, causing a blue fade to the horizon. Trust me, that can play havoc on pictures.
I think end of Sept., early Oct. should be perfect.

Yeah, then I saw those. He has a much better camera than me. I have to have perfect light to eliminate color noise/graining from a high ISO.

No problem, ive got some recent technology equipment and several post processing programs available.
Took 2 of these last weekend at noon.
the other about a month ago at TMS.
I really had exposure issues due to the sun with the noon ones which is why i say morning time is best.

If I remember correctly, I believe his camera his a Nikon D80. I know nothing about that kind of stuff, so I don't know if that is a "nice" camera or not.

Those turned out great for noon blue sky shots. Didn't wash out hardly any, unless you really worked over Lightroom, or whichever programs you use.
