The same cars that in '02 were running 11s with slicks, lid, cutout, and converter seem to be running low-mid 13s now. I'm talking about F-bodies here; I haven't seen a C5 at the dragstrip in ages.

People probably who own them, havent done ANY maintance to them in years... probably way down on power.
My C5 stock on runflats ran a blistering 13.1 @ 109, which is almost exactly what it probably ran in 1999.
