Red BMR Rear Tunnel Brace/Safety Loop

Selling a red BMR rear tunnel brace with optional safety loop. Had this on the car for about 1000 miles. There are slight rub marks on the top side of the tunnel brace section that are not noticeable from underneath (if it matters). This WILL RUB the driveshaft on lowered cars that are driven on the street. I'd recommend running this at the track only. I'm asking $125. Item sold as is with no warranties.

Is it aluminum? Maybe the loop can be welded or fabbed up so it won't rub?
