New Project...
GOnna be building a custom rear diffuser for my car. I like the Boss 302 diffuser but i want something diff/ slightly functional. Really looking foward to the endeavor as hopefully it comes out right.

So you have to take the whole cover off? Lol
Do you really plan to use something that drastic? |

Are you planning on testing in a wind tunnel?

Yup. I35 with some tape and string. Im gna keep the rake from 6-10 degrees. Dont get me wrong I can get the Boss 302 valence for 120 brand new just really common.

Let me be the first to say that is going to be completely ridiculous on a street car.

Who makes the one that is pictured? I'm interested in one not too flamboyant but is still functional. Not everyone sticks their cars only on the street.

Dude, other than giving somebody a cut to their leg in a parking lot, and giving something on the road another thing to hit, I would stay away from something like this unless you really are going to be doing heavy track days. You won't like the handling of that aero driving down the freeway

Also looking at something i can slide over like this. http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f3...psc3071935.jpg |
Personally I'd get the APR and call it a day.
And yes I realize stability. But that stability occurs at certain speeds, and how the diffuser is designed. |
