Need some PM-13-A sealer (Ford P/N) or equivalent. Any suggestions on where to buy?

Is that the grey rtv silicone?

I believe it is a paint that has a rust inhibitor in it. I'm about to drill holes in my trunk lid for a pedestal spoiler and this is the paint Ford recommends to seal the edges of the drill holes.
