Oil Pan

I am doing a forged build on my motor and was wondering while I have the motor out if it would be worth it to put a different oil pan on it. The Boss pan is pretty cheap at around $130 and the Moroso one is about $350 I think and gives an extra 2 quarts. Or is it just a waste of money? :think:

Your car holds 8 quarts. Why would you need another 2?

Thats what I was thinking. I know the boss pan has better baffling. Im on a budget but don't want to leave out an upgrade that can be done while the motor is out.

It's worth a little power. I have the 12qt Ford Racing pan, but I'm not going to put 12qts in it.

Why would you need to add that much more oil? Stroker kit? Different heads?
