Very David! Which number Cobra is it? Mine was #2447. Vibrant Red with grey tweed interior.

There is a ton of aftermarket Cobra replicas out there but they have an offset for a regular foxbody rather than the Cobra. The wheels are on the Cobra are pushed out further to the corners of the car with longer axles for better handling. If you put the aftermarket ones on a Cobra they will stick out about an inch. It always seemed silly to go to the trouble of pushing the wheels out to the corners to improve handling but then put the car on a narrower wheel. LOL, but that's 90's tech for you. |

Almost every single time I took my 93 Cobra out, someone would ask me if I wanted to sell it. I had people follow me home to ask me if I wanted to sell. And every time at a gas station someone would say something about it, either asking to buy it or they always wanted one when they were in high school. They are neat cars and I really enjoyed owning it for the most part. I was just nervous about taking it out anywhere that I couldn't watch it the whole time because the cars tend to be stolen quite abit. |

May not be necessary but definitely makes it easier if you remove the bumper
|
Agree with 03MachMe, much easier to cut the bumper when it's off. Tail lights aren't absolutely necessary to remove, but it made pulling the bumper off really easy. Ford included a cut line on the inside of the bumper to show you exactly where you need to cut - you can't see this line with the bumper on the car.

I say do it right once to prevent from him doing it again time and time again. Good job.

I have my jack stands and 2 Rhino ramps and also my Craftsman mechanic set as well loaded up in my car. I'm going to need to adjust my PHB in the morning if my fingers aren't frozen.
