Something just banged up the exhaust

Heard a bang and when I pulled over I saw this dent looks to be about 8" long and about 3/4" deep at Mac depth. Will this impact the performance any?

I could be wrong but, I doubt performance gains are had when just adding an axleback. Any performance would be mainly from the tune. Does the car sound different?

Is that one of your resonators? If so, not a single f should be given. Lol

stock resonators, one of them at least, has a crease in it from the factory if I'm not mistaken.

Both do, actually. Just one is facing down. Other is at an angle

I did the same thing after lowering my car and putting it back on a lift. Haha

Yeah that's how they come from the factory... Thanks for that one Ford! Mine are both removed and I'm not looking back.

Any notice in a change in exhaust note?

There is a slight increase in WOT, but not as much as ditching the cats.

You will need a tune, but probably a good 10rwhp, maybe.

Most of these cars with an off-road midpipe (cat deletes) CAI, axle backs, and tune make a little over 400rwhp which is about 30-35 over stock average.

Derek, how does your car feel now with the new cai/tune/cat delete compared to before????? im curious.

Oh, and yeah... the dents is normal. Driver side will have it dented on the bottom, passenger side has the dent on the top in the same location.

Still getting revisions. JPC has been swamped and it took me a week to get them first set of catalogs. Haha

But it feels great so far. Just got the bullets welded in today. Took away A LOT of the decel popping.
