So, here's what I've come up with. Taking everyone's location in Fort Worth into consideration, North Richland Hills is a pretty good spot. What better place than Hooters? I've cleared it with the manager, but considering the place next door closed down, their parking lot would yield more consecutive spots. Since the Dallas meet is typically on Thursdays, I've chose this as our day too. 7:00 is an all around good time, and of course Hooters is there, so food and beer will be available. I know the construction kind of sucks right now, but it is going to get better and being on the corner of Hwy 26 (Grapevine Hwy)/820 access road, is going to promote a bit of attention. Not sure how many people we will have initially, but I'd love to grow this thing!

There's going to be thunderstorms this Thursday, so lets shoot for our first meet there being next week.

Next week works for me! School will be done, and I'll be able to get there easy without the gay construction. Lol

My advice to everyone it either come in from 26 SB or NB, don't mess with trying to exit for 26 off 820

Yes, every Thursday. I obviously don't expect everyone to show up every Thursday, but it will be held at the same place, same time and same day every week.

Well, I will be in fort worth at that time because I get off at five.

I will start attending probably the Thursday or two after the first meet, I will be out of the country.

I'm right off Eastchase and 30 behind Wal-Mart, so I'm down to meet people as well

drive by there everyday on the way to work...count me in!

Awesome! A lot of Mustang guys run around in tht area, so hopefully we can acquire a few members too.

Kinda important, the Hwy 26 exit is CLOSED if you're eastbound on 820. That makes getting to the Hooters suck balls if you're coming from north Fort Worth.

I suggest taking the left split toward 820 south, then exiting Pipeline/Glenview. Take the right at the light (Glenview), and another right at the Valero station (Booth Calloway Rd). About a quarter mile up and past the hospital, you'll see a street to the left that is the back entry to Allen Samuels Dodge (Rodger Line Rd). Take that left and follow it around to Hwy 26. You'll go straight into the parking lot, turn toward Waffle House, and Hooters is behind it.

IMO this way is better than going to 183 / Precinct Line and turning around since it's always congested and they removed the u-turn under the bridge.

I finally have a date when I'm leaving Iraq! 4th of July is the first Thursday I'll be back but if the meets are still going strong I'll be able to make it out and finally meet some people face to face.

Yup, this is great info, Danny. But I'm pretty sure the WB Hwy 26 exit is open from 183, but not entirely sure.

For those coming from Arlington/Fort Worth via 820 headed North, I suggest you exit for Hwy 26/TCC Northeast Campus and then turn left, back under 820 to get to Hooters
