First big kill with my stang
So me and the wife were headed home from Olive Garden after stuffing our faces and came across a red 2002 ws6 trans am 6 speed. At first I wasn't sure how my stock 3.31 geared stang would do against a full exhaust and tuned t/a but to my surprise I beat him 3-0 from a dig, a 30 roll and a 50 roll. From a dig he couldn't launch for s#*t and I put an easy 8 cars on him and I pulled no less than 4 cars every other run...needless to say I am very impressed with my pony and after owning a trans am before it felt good to put one down :) well I guess I'll stop rambling now just wanted to share

Congrats on the kill

Congrats!! I always wondered how much of a difference existed (performance wise) between the 3.31 gears and either the 3.55 or 3.73 gears. I am sure it is somewhat noticeable but likely not 100% outcome determinative.

The 3.31 gears still blow the tires loose without any issue but then again ford for some reason decided to put 235s on a 400hp car....

Yep, ate a tuned 2000 Camaro SS for lunch the other day myself. First slaughter for my stock 2013 stang aswell but congrats on your murder. Saw a V6, 12' stang eat a 07' Pontiac G8 GT with the 6.0. Laughed my ass off!:burnout:

What? A v6 killed a 6.0 g8 :big_banana_Dance:

Nice kill

Ran into the guy with the t/a today and he said he couldn't get traction with his 315 wide nitto DR and that I was hooking on my 235s :ROFLJest: gotta love those good ole gm excuses

Kills are allowed on this forum? |
I can't see why not with the mexico runs and the "list"...

Well I'm about to post up mine too then lol
|
By all means I love a good kill story regardless of who/what the kill is
