At least you didn't have to worry about going fast. Lol

There's some video roaming around youtube of me in my old beater 91 lx with a vortech (less than $5500 invested car and all) beating a Lamborghini, Porsche and turbo BMW at Crandall, not really a close race either.

Yea bot gonna lie the first run I was nervous. Wish I could have ran more but cars were breaking and the wait time was getting ridiculous

You guys would have a different opinion of some exotics if you made it out to a track that had a twist and turn to to it. There is more to racing than just straight line racing!!

No problem there! I wish I had the timeslip, I don't even remember what it ran. I got it up to 115 downhill with the wind behind me. My buddy was trailing me in his camaro, 85 mph speedo in the Mustang.

LIES! Haha, I'd love to try something else but I have enough hobbies at the moment and I can't just "try" something new. I get addicted.

The trick is to keep it running without stalling in those turns, right? :Big Laugh:

The sad part is though....most of those cars were built with the straight line in mind....and they still got owned.

Bahahahah.

I will be there but won't drag the vert, I like it to much. May bring something with a little more pep, if I don't sell it first.
