That's the way I'm heading well maybe. From our area George Bush to 30 to 635 to 20 to 45 south might be faster. Which ever way we can cruise down together.

It will be ready. I'm putting the tail light back on her tonight and getting the battery charged back up. I will be pulling the alternator tomorrow so I can have it rebuilt Friday so I can put it back in for Saturday.

so what requirements are they gonna want as far as helmet goes cause i dont wanna drive all the way down there and not be able to race cause i dont got a helmet or the right helmet

A DOT approved motorcycle style helmet. Can't be a bicycle style foam helmet. Does not have to be full face style. If you run better than 13.49 you need a helmet. If you don't run that quick in a new 5.0 you need a helmet to cover yourself from the embarassment.

I was going faster than that last time out and the helmet I borrowed from Donnie stayed on my backseat the whole night. haha.

The wife and I plan on coming, and I have a spare helmet if anyone needs a loaner. I might meet up with you guys coming from Denton... I'm in Saginaw
