Not stupid at all to not want to launch a Vette often. Its hard on expensive parts. Its 2 to 3 grand to drop the rear out for repairs, not same as swapping an axle or cheap ass rear end out in your driveway for a Mustang repair. Mustang has a big supercharger, shouldnt be afraid to run a roll race. I had people ask me to run roll races all the time when my Stang was up, and I gave them their race, same as I did to dig racers, on slicks and skinnies and all. Its all in fun, or used to be. Now everyone is looking for an edge or wont bother racing for fear of losing... pussification of America...

The ford rear is stronger then the vettes. Yet, gear I thought the vette was all might and The Lord of all cars. Yea it breaks very often at a drag strip. Yea it may be a cheap rear end in the stang but guess what? It fuckin works. Any fast gm most likely has a 9".

Its cheap because its simple. I didnt say it sucked, just that it doesnt cost a fortune to repair. Wtf is wrong with you, you take everything so gd personal. I wasnt talking to you, or your "Experience with having a Corvette" the Vette can be made to hold up to drag racing (without a 9 inch, that was funny btw), but Zeek's rear end is stock, and not the best idea to break the piss out of it over a stupid ass, meaningless race.

Why is it a stupid race? I said any fast gm most likely has a 9".

Hey rx, check this out... stock rear and all!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okAxJiWlqdo Cam and bolt ons, same as Dan, same friend built both cars... he has a f1r grandsport now. ;) |

There are plenty of vettes running fast times without a 9 inch... thats why i laughed at you. |
I didn't say vettes. I said gm's. who knows if there is money. If its stupid to race then why do any of us? The vette is the fastest of cars. It can't break.
