Ok another update on my car, just got a call from service advisor that my car is put back together but still whining. So I will be getting a 2014 brand new mt82. He didn't give me a time frame but probably another 2 weeks

I got another update on my Trans. They said that ford didn't authorized to replace whole unit but instead to rebuild it again with even more parts. This sucks I told him if prefer a new one specially if they already failed at rebuilding it. And it's going to be 30 days in the shop this Saturday, service advisor said they have to get it done by the 30 day mark. Dammit I'm mad

I havent had much luck with any ford dealer. They all take forever, are horrible communicating, and wont look at cars if they have so much as an aftermarket air filter.

On themustangforum.com there is a Ford service rep named Deysha who prowls the posts and is very good about escalating issues to the appropriate Regional Rep when there is an issue with a Ford dealer's service. I and others have been helped.
