Just saw the pic and talked to Mitch. He said the guy thought it was a four way stop but it was not

Interesting you say this. I have a friend that lives in the condos in that area and says he has seen this car come to a stop, then run red lights in downtown for weeks now.

Someone should tell him that he has to stay there if the light is red. :D
