When I bought my 2014 it already had a procal tuner with it. Would this key change anything for me?

I stopped by Grapevine Ford today and they were surprised about the 2014's getting the track key because they kept saying only Boss had that option. However they looked into it and said that it was indeed true. So when I got the track key bring it in and they would get me set up no prob.

If the 2013's need a procal tuner and the dealer can supposedly see how many times a car has been flashed, then how would they know whether or not the track key tune was flashed or a custom tune? The dealers love to play the "I wont touch that car because it has been tuned" crap.

Would this be beneficial to a base model car?

Just called to get a status update and they said should get it in 15-20 business days...I said what? You guys told me 7-10 business days when I ordered it like a week and a half ago?? He said well will get it to you as soon as we can??

The dealer tells me that too, but supposedly it's only key cycle counts is what they see.

Just called and got my money back. Ordered Key on the 3rd and today is the 30th and they still havent sent it out. Rediculious. They say Ford has not released the keys yet because of some papper work issue. not my problem anymore

Well Ford called me today and apologized for the bull crap but said the keys are finally in for real this time. Threw in a ford racing filter and free shipping. Said I should have it by Monday. So I reordered it. Guess we will see.

Hmm still interested in this.
