right up the road is some decent apartments called St. laurent. it's a gated community, semi good prices for move in but expect a 65-100 increase in rent each year you live there. The main reason i left is my 2 bedroom apartment with garage started out at 845.00 a month turned into 1140.00 a month after 3 years and i told them i could buy a house for cheaper. So that's what I did, lol

I'll recommend Silver Leaf Villas. It's where I currently live. It's just behind the Wal-Mart on Eastchase Parkway (8515 John T. White Road). I really like the apt. They have detached 10x10x20 garages for $65/month, as well a multitude of floor plans. I'm paying $675/month right now for the smaller of the 1B/1B (684 sq ft), but that is the highest my rent will go.

as for the car meet I really want to make it out and meet you guys but something keeps coming up.
This Saturday I'm going to be helping my dad move our deer blinds to a new location so I don't think it's possible for me to make it Saturday.. :/
