Agreed. 5000K in the projectors should still be reasonable. 6000k is starting to get blue. Smaller housings tend to make the color a little more blue than a larger housing (headlight).

The glass is already so concave, I don't know how the light will react with the vinyl. It may refract a lot, maybe not at all. I guess it's worth it. But David may have a hard time getting something cut so small on that curved of a surface.
